Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
Please note, that delivery might occur on weekends or holidays.
Depending of volumes, estimated delivery time may vary - you will be updated individually.
Company does not deliver to Northern Cyprus.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Order will be delivered to your requested address and we will be in contact regarding status throughout the process and times of the arrival.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Jungle and Bloom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Jungle and Bloom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the delivery carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
You can return product within 14 days of receiving it and you can do so by filling the form on our website: https://jungleandbloom.com/pages/contact . Please be so kind to keep in mind that Jungle and Bloom does not cover any return expenses.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
